President & Chief Executive Officer
With over 30 years of construction management experience across multifamily, commercial, residential, and oil field projects, Jacob leads DPEG Multi-Family with steady vision and technical expertise.
Before creating DPEG Multi-Family, he served as Vice President of Construction, delivering more than $450 million in projects and over 3,000 apartment units. Known for his ability to guide large-scale developments while keeping teams aligned and motivated, Jacob sets the tone for DPEG Multi-Family’s disciplined, people-first culture.
Chief Financial Officer
Rachel oversees all financial operations at DPEG Multi-Family, bringing more than a decade of accounting and leadership experience.
A CPA and former Senior Controller, she has managed over 70 financial statements and multiple audits. Rachel also spent seven years at Ernst & Young, leading audits for Fortune 500 and private companies. Her approach blends accuracy with mentorship, fostering strong teams and lasting trust.
General Superintendent
A U.S. Air Force veteran with over three decades of field experience, Marvin has led multifamily construction projects for Camden Property Trust, Trammell Crow, and Allied Orion Group.
He’s known for his precision in scheduling, safety, and site leadership. Marvin’s approach to field operations reflects the discipline, integrity, and reliability that define DPEG Multi-Family’s work in every market.
Project Manager
Oziel brings extensive experience in multifamily construction management, leading major projects such as Evergreen, Territory at Anserra, and The Sophie.
He’s skilled in estimating, subcontractor negotiations, budget planning, value engineering, organizational administration, resource management, and construction technology platforms like Procore. Oziel’s ability to balance time, cost, and quality makes him one of DPEG Multi-Family’s most trusted project leads.
Executive Administrator/Document Controller
With more than 20 years in construction administration and corporate support, Stacey keeps DPEG Multi-Family’s operations running seamlessly.
She manages contracts, purchase orders, and compliance while providing training and structure across departments. Stacey’s calm consistency and organizational expertise make her the steady hand behind every successful project.
